Our Team

Daniel, a 2023 Princeton graduate and former soccer forward, has been with Act One since it's genesis in 2021. A proud DC local, Daniel is an avid reader, passionate sports fan, and coffee lover.

An Ohio native, Jake graduated from Princeton in 2023 and worked for Bain & Company for nearly two years. Jake joined the ActOne team in 2025 to help oversee the development of the next stage of work. Jake loves to golf and root for the Commanders and Buckeyes.

Osamede is a recent graduate of Princeton University, where she earned a degree in Politics with a minor in Neuroscience. Originally from Georgia, she enjoys playing the piano, volunteering at her local church, and reading political philosophy. She was recently awarded the prestigious Barry Scholarship, which will fully fund her two-year master’s program in Political Theory at the University of Oxford.

Having worked in Film, TV, and Media for over 10 years, Connor, a Princeton transfer student, has a strong passion for innovative marketing and visual storytelling. On campus, Connor is a Co-Founder of Princeton Pictures, a student film production company, and a Tenor 2 for the Princeton Footnotes.

Ishita, a sophomore at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, is majoring in Finance and International Business with a minor in Public Health. She serves as Senior Vice President of Performance for the Georgetown University Student Investment Fund and is actively involved with Georgetown Student Capital Partners and the Psaros Center for Financial Markets and Policy. In summer 2026, she will join J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst.

Sebastian, a senior at Georgetown University, is a member of Georgetown Ventures and will be joining General Atlantic as a Summer Associate.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Chanden is majoring in economics and neuroscience at Harvard. On campus, he gives tours, dances, leads backpacking trips, and studies public policy with the AI Safety Team.

A rising sophomore at Harvard College, Kyle is a Social Studies and Economics double major with a language citation in Mandarin Chinese. He is from Indiana, loves tennis, reading the news, drinking coffee, and playing piano.

A senior at Vanderbilt, Dani is a Communication of Science & Technology major and a Human & Organizational Development minor. She is passionate about volunteering with Special Olympics and serves as a Community & Engagement Executive for Vanderbilt Tour Guides. In her free time, Dani enjoys hiking, surfing, and trying new coffee shops.

Elizabeth, a 2025 College of Charleston graduate and former lacrosse midfielder, developed a strong passion for strategic marketing while studying abroad in Greece. She brings a range of hands-on experience and enjoys creative projects, travel, and tennis.

With a background in theater, creative writing, and media, Destine studied economics and politics at Broward College, before transferring to Princeton University to study English Literature and Creative Writing. At Princeton he toured nationally with the Triangle Club, serves as Co-President of the Playhouse Choir, and was part of the founding board of Princeton Pictures.

Nina, a student at Duke University, serves as President and Social Media Manager of Duke Blue Crew and is an Ambassador on the Growth Team for Duke Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Stephen, from Toledo, Ohio, is a junior at Georgetown University studying finance. Stephen is involved with Georgetown’s Credit Union and Hilltop Consultants on campus. In his free time, Stephen enjoys golfing, tennis, and camping.

Sasha is a senior at Georgetown University, where she’s double majoring in Government and Computer Science with a minor in Business Studies. She’s currently part of the Georgetown Ventures Startup Accelerator and is on the pre-law track. Originally from Pittsburgh, Sasha enjoys reading psychological thrillers, skiing and hiking out west, and spending time with her 7-year-old sister, Mia.

Jay, a student at Princeton University, serves as President of Princeton University Nonprofit Consulting. This summer, he will be working at Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant Intern.

Calvin graduated Princeton in 2024 and now works as a reputational intelligence analyst at National Journal. Calvin has worked with Act One for nearly three years helping to conduct and manage research operations. He is a passionate runner and sports fan.

Fayad is a sophomore at Princeton University studying Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Sustainable Energy, passionate about expanding clean energy access. Outside of STEM, he serves as Publicity Chair for Quipfire! Improv and Educational Chair for the Princeton Muslim Students Association.

Riya is a junior at Georgetown University majoring in Computer Science, Ethics, & Society. She serves as the Director of HR & Finance at Georgetown Ventures, the school's premier student-run startup accelerator. In her free time, Riya enjoys watersports, dancing, and watching soccer.

Mark is a sophomore at Princeton planning on studying Economics and East Asian Studies. On campus, he's involved in the Annex Capital investment club and a board member of the Korean Student Association. He’s from Washington, D.C. and loves to cook in his free time.

Originally from Suwanee, Georgia, Jillian is a sophomore at Princeton University, where she’s majoring in Economics with minors in Finance and Statistics and Machine learning on the pre-law track. On campus, she’s currently involved with Princeton Alumni Angels, Women in Business, Orange Key Tour Guides, the Naacho dance team, Rockefeller College Council, and travels with the Chapel Choir. She enjoys reading, hiking, and baking.
