Our Founding Advisors

Austin, a student at UCLA, is deeply involved in the world of finance and student leadership. He serves as President of Bruin Value Investing, External Vice President of Bruin Private Equity, and Treasurer of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. Most recently, he worked as a Private Equity Summer Analyst at Alpine Investors, bringing a wealth of knowledge and perspective to Act One's research endeavors. 

Ava, a student at the University of Virginia, is a Jefferson Scholar and an active leader in both finance and student governance. She serves as Director of Finance for Profit with Purpose and Treasurer of the Echols Council. Next summer, she will join Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst, bringing helpful insight to Act One's research endeavors. 

Dheeraj, a student at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, is actively involved in entrepreneurship and healthcare strategy. He is a member of the Wharton Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Club and will be joining Harmony Pharma Group as a Healthcare Consulting Summer Analyst in 2025. In 2026, he will take on a new challenge as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Lazard. He brings valuable experience to his work with Act One.

Eileen, a student at the University of Maryland, serves as President of both Alpha Kappa Psi and the Women in Business Association. She also sits on the Dean’s Student Advisory Council, helping shape academic and student policy. This coming summer, she will join J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. as a Private Bank Summer Analyst.

Ava, a student at Vanderbilt University, serves as President of both the Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity and the Sigma Epsilon Chapter of Chi Omega. She is also Vice President of Professional Development at AugNación Impact Consulting. In summer 2025, she will join Janney Montgomery Scott as an Investment Banking Intern.

Elisa, a student at Emory University, is President of the Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity and Vice President of Mentorship at Goizueta Women in Finance. She also serves as a Business Analyst for Emory’s Consult Your Community. This upcoming summer, she will join Bank of America as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst.

Jonathan, a student at Northwestern University, is the Founder and Vice President of Marketing at Ascent Consulting Group and serves as Vice President of Administration for the Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity. He recently worked as an Investment Banking Intern at CDI Global.

Pol, a student at Yale University, serves as President of the Yale Undergraduate Consulting Group. He is also a researcher and peer mentor in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology. This summer, he will join Bain & Co. as an Associate Consultant Intern.

Manish, a student at the University of Michigan, serves as Vice President of the Investment Banking Team & Conference for the Michigan Investment Banking Club and as Vice President External for Victors Value Investments. He will join McKinsey & Co. as a Summer Business Analyst in 2025 and Evercore as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in 2026.

Oscar, a student at Columbia University, serves as Student Body President and Vice President of Policy on the Columbia General Studies Student Council. He is a former Class President and currently works as an Admissions Intern at The Jewish Theological Seminary.

Emily, a student at Virginia Tech, is a Junior Analyst with Bond and Securities Investing by Students and an Associate at Catalyst, a career mentoring organization. In 2026, she will join Wells Fargo as a Fixed Income Sales & Trading Analyst.

Marco, a student at Penn State University, serves as Vice President of Development for the Smeal Student Council and as a Team Leader and Mentor with the Smeal Student Mentors program. He is also a proud Bunton-Waller Fellow.

Daniel, a student at Brown University, works as both a Teaching Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant. He serves as Vice President of the Chinese Student Association and has also held roles as First-Year Representative and Liaison on the Brown Undergraduate Finance Board.

Cole, a student at Texas A&M University, serves as Sophomore Class President and is an elected Student Senator in the Texas A&M Student Senate.

James, a student at The Ohio State University, serves as Vice President of Fundraising and Corporate Relations for the Nu Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi. He recently interned in Global Procurement for Dairy Ingredients at Abbott.

Jocelyn, a student at the University of Texas at Austin, serves as Project Manager for the University Management and Business Research Association and as a Program Leader in the Dean of Students Office. She is also a Program Manager for the UT Austin Chapter of Tzu Chi USA. In summer 2025, she will join KPMG as an Embark Scholar Intern.

Joseph, a student at the University of Notre Dame, serves as a Bain Project Leader within the Student International Business Council. He will join EY as an FSO Consulting Intern in the upcoming summer.

Brennan, a student at the University of Miami, is a President’s Scholar and a P100 Student Ambassador. This upcoming summer, he will join Monroe Capital as a Private Credit Intern.

Alysa, a student at the University of Michigan, serves as Vice President of Communications for the Phi Gamma Nu Business Fraternity and is a James B. Angell Scholar. She is also a Project Manager at 180 Degrees Consulting, a BBA Council Representative, and a BA 100 Peer Mentor.

Vishaal, a student at UC Berkeley, is a Consultant with the Berkeley Business Society and serves as Social Chair of Alpha Tau Omega. He has interned in venture capital at CerraCap Ventures and will join Good Choice as an Analyst Intern this coming summer.
